Message frequency varies, typically 1–10 messages per month based on service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services acting solely on our behalf to deliver messages.

4. AI-Assisted Communications

Sun Pest Control uses artificial intelligence to improve the speed and quality of our customer communications. You should be aware that:

5. Call Recording Disclosure

In compliance with Florida's two-party consent law (Florida Statute §934.03) and Michigan's eavesdropping statute (MCL 750.539c), phone calls with Sun Pest Control may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You will be notified at the beginning of any recorded call and may decline recording. Call recordings are stored securely and retained for up to 12 months.

In accordance with the Michigan Telephone Solicitation Act (MCL 445.111 et seq.), the Michigan Home Solicitation Sales Act, and federal telemarketing rules, we honor the National Do Not Call Registry and will place you on our internal do-not-call list upon request. Phone calls with Michigan residents are recorded only with notice, consistent with Michigan's eavesdropping statute (MCL 750.539c).
