Sun Pest Control Service Communications

1. Services Description

Sun Pest Control LLC provides pest control, termite treatment, lawn care, plant care, palm fertilization, mosquito treatment, wildlife management, and commercial pest services throughout Southwest Florida and Southeast Michigan.

2. Communications Consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, or by otherwise expressly agreeing over the phone or in person, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from Sun Pest Control LLC at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Communications may include:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Service confirmations and follow-up communications
• Quote and estimate delivery
• Billing and payment notifications
• Seasonal service recommendations

Message frequency varies based on your service activity, typically 1–10 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply — contact your wireless carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services acting solely on our behalf.

3. AI-Assisted Communications

Some communications from Sun Pest Control may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Specifically:

• Our AI assistant may answer phone calls during peak hours or after business hours
• AI is used to help schedule appointments, route technicians, and respond to common questions
• Text message responses may be drafted with AI assistance
• All AI interactions are supervised and can be reviewed by our team

You may request to speak with a human team member at any time by saying "speak to a person" or pressing 0 during a call.

4. Call Recording

• Phone calls with Sun Pest Control may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes
• You will be notified at the start of any recorded call
• Recordings are stored securely and retained for up to 12 months, after which they are permanently deleted

5. Service Terms

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and service area routing. We will confirm the date and time window for all scheduled services.

Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled service appointment.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and ACH payments.

Service Guarantee

If pests return between your regularly scheduled treatments, Sun Pest Control will re-treat at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to covered pests under your active service plan.

Property Access

Customer must provide reasonable access to interior and exterior service areas. If access cannot be provided at the time of a scheduled visit, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

6. Liability

• Sun Pest Control LLC is licensed and insured in the State of Florida
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• Sun Pest Control is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our services
• We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us first at (239) 768-7378 so we can work to resolve the issue directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Lee County. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be handled in the courts of Lee County, Florida.

8. Changes to These Terms

Sun Pest Control may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or text message. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
