How does a Termidor liquid barrier work?

It is a treated soil zone around your foundation that termites cannot detect, so they pass through it and die rather than avoid it. In Sanibel it protects the whole structure, and our warranty is renewable up to 10 years with annual renewals.

How do subterranean termites get into a Sanibel home?

They come up from the soil and build mud tubes over the foundation into wall voids and framing, often unseen until spring swarms reveal them. Sandy Southwest Florida soil puts colonies right under slab-on-grade homes.

How long does the treatment last?

The treated zone stays effective for years, and our Subterranean Termite Liquid warranty is renewable up to 10 years, keeping protection continuous rather than lapsing after the first treatment.
